1. Return Eligibility

✅ We accept returns only if the item is:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • In its original condition with tags still attached
  • Returned within 10 days of delivery

 

🚫 Non-returnable items:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or purchased during special promotions
  • Items showing signs of wear, odor, stains, or damage caused by the customer

(No custom or personalized products are offered by Glowvici, so all eligible products follow the same standard policy.)

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at contact@glowvici.comSubject: Return Request – [Your Order Number]

 

Include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Photo of the item (for inspection approval)

Once approved, we will provide the return instructions.

📦 Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect due to our error.


3. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation.
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

❌ Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or color, based on availability.

  • The item must meet all return eligibility conditions.
  • A replacement will be shipped once the original item is approved and processed.

 

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or wrong item:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.


 

6. Lost or Missing Packages

If the carrier marks your package as delivered but you did not receive it:

  • We will assist you in opening a claim with the carrier.
  • Glowvici is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
